Letha's clinical passion began in medical dermatology, working closely as a medical assistant for 11 years. During this period, the practice implemented the first Pulse Dye Laser in Colorado, sparking her deep interest in energy-based systems. She quickly expanded her skills into CO2 Laser Resurfacing and IPL technology, eventually becoming a regional trainer for a renowned medical laser corporation, educating providers across the Rocky Mountain Region.
Her transition into patient care coordination stemmed from a personal realization of how impactful and life-changing aesthetic procedures can be. After experiencing these treatments as a patient herself, she brought her expertise to Front Range Wellness & Aesthetics to advocate for patient comfort and education.
Letha is married with over 40 years of family life, and is a proud Colorado native and grandmother of two.
